Booking Date Cancellation Policy:

The amount taken for booking is a commitment amount for dates and is refundable if informed 14 days prior the procedure date otherwise non-refundable. The dates booked for the procedure can only be postponed if the request comes at least 7 days prior to Procedure Date. No complaints regarding the same would be entertained.

Refund Policy :

Funds once transferred for booking or the funds once paid for the procedure won’t be refunded if it’s not informed 14 days prior procedure.

Once services are rendered, there are no refunds. Surgery and non-surgical procedures come with no warranty (guaranteed or implied) of any certain result. Perceived lack of improvement in one’s condition does not translate into any type of refund.

Procedure Date Cancellation Policy:

Please note that there may be certain procedures/cases that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Those may be of some dates amendments, wrong investigation reports etc. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any procedure/cases for any reason.

Processing fees / transaction charges will be charged extra.
